How we use it

To operate the Studio (chat, calculators, notice wizard, knowledge base), to secure your account, to improve product quality, and to meet legal or regulatory obligations. Client PII inside uploaded documents is never used to train models.

Data is hosted in India, encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is restricted by role (RBAC), with MFA/SSO enforced for firm accounts. See DPDP Act, 2023 for the statutory basis.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with sub-processors required to run the service (hosting, email delivery, payments), each bound by contract to equivalent protection standards, and with authorities where required by law.

Retention

Data is retained for as long as your account is active, plus any statutory retention period applicable to audit logs and financial records. You may request earlier deletion, subject to those statutory minimums.

You can access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. Firm admins can additionally manage retention and access policies from Settings.
