Audit Logs
Every query, retrieval, and citation is written to an immutable log the day it happens.
What's captured
Query text, retrieved sources, ranking order, generated answer, and every citation validation result are logged together as one auditable unit — not just the final answer.
Retention
Logs are kept for a minimum of 8 years, matching statutory retention expectations for tax and audit work, and are append-only — nothing already written can be edited or deleted.
Access
Log access is role-gated (RBAC) and itself logged. Firm admins can export a practitioner's activity trail for internal review or regulator request.
